– Cubed Chicken Breast – EVOO – Garlic Powder – Onion Powder – Chili Powder – Ground Cumin – Sea Salt – Black Pepper – 1 7oz Bag Banza Chiptole Tomato Rice – 1 Can of Black Beans – 1 Cup of frozen corn – Tomato Diced – Shredded Cheese – Cilantro – Salsa – Sour Cream


Follow the package instructions to make the chipotle tomato rice.

Prepare The Chickpea Rice


Season chicken and grill or cook chicken breast until internal temperature reaches 165°.

Grill Chicken

While the Banza rice is cooking rinse and drain the black beans and combine them with the frozen corn. Heat them over low heat for about 5 minutes or until they are warmed through

Heat Beans & Corn


Spoon Banza tomato chipotle rice into a bowl and add the black beans, corn, and seasoned chicken. Top your burrito bowl with shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, fresh sliced avocado, diced tomato, and fresh cilantro.


Serve with salsa and fresh guacamole on the side.


Store leftovers in and air-tight container for up to 3 days
