Bacon Wrapped  Jalapeno Poppers

Simple Ingredients

– Medium 3-4″ Jalapenos about 15 – 1 8 oz. block of cream cheese – Sharp Cheddar Cheese – Garlic Powder – Bacon


-Air Fry Range -Oven -Grill -Smoker

Prepare Jalapenos


To prepare the jalapenos wash them and cut off the stems, using a corer tool remove as much of the membranes and seeds as you can.

Mix Cheese


Mix together the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and granulated garlic

Fill Jalapenos


Spoon a few teaspoons of the cheese mixture into the halved jalapenos pressing it in to fill the jalapeno but don't overfill them.

Prepare Bacon


Cut the bacon pieces in half and wrap each halved jalapeno with half of a piece of bacon

Wrap Them Up


To secure the bacon start at the bottom of the pepper and wrap it around tightly using a tooth pick to secure the bacon.



Place prepared bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers on a large cookie sheet and place in the freezer uncovered for 1-2 hours. When they are frozen place them in labeled and dated zip lock baggie.
