– Extra-Large Tortillas – Ground Beef – Taco Seasoning/Spices – Refried Beans – Tostada Shells – Shredded Cheese – Sour Cream – Shredded Lettuce – Diced Tomatoes – Hot Sauce
In a hot skillet brown and season ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, sea salt and pepper.
Warm refried beans over low heat in a small pot and set them aside.
Warm tortillas for 10-20 seconds in the microwave before spreading beans in the center of the tortilla.
Top with cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, hot sauce, avocado etc.
Fold the tortilla into the center pleating as you go to seal up the crunchwrap.
Lightly brush the outside of the tortilla with avocado oil or melted butter.
Place the crunchwrap folded side down in the air fry range.
Optionally grill the crunchwrap in a hot buttered skillet or cast iron griddle.
-Use extra-Large Tortillas (13 inch) -Flip crunchwraps halfway through cooking time for even crispness. -If the extra-large tortillas are not available use burrito size tortillas and cut pieces of tortilla to fill in the center so none of the toppings fall out when your air fry it.
