Summertime is my absolute favorite time of the year. I spend as much time outdoors in the garden, swimming in the pool, camping with our family, and soaking up as much of the sunshine as I can. The last thing I want to do in the summer is prepare dinners that are time-consuming and heat up our house. Using the Instant Pot is so efficient any time of the year but If you haven’t branched out of using your pressure cooker for more than soup I am going to share with you my favorite Summer Instant Pot recipes.
