How To Make Air Fried Broccoli
To start preheat the oven using the air fry function to 400° next, cut the broccoli into small florets that are similar in size, this will help the broccoli to cook evenly. Place the trimmed broccoli into a medium-sized mixing bowl and pour over the avocado oil. I prefer to use avocado oil because it has a high smoke point and is perfect for cooking at higher heat, you can also use extra virgin olive oil. Toss to coat the florets in oil. Add the seasonings and toss again to distribute evenly.
Using a large sheet pan lined with foil place the Frigidaire Ready Cook Air Fry Tray on top of the sheet pan and dump out the broccoli and spread it out evenly. Be sure not to overcrowd the basket, it’s important for air to be able to flow around the food for the best & crispiest results.
Place the Ready Cook Air Fry Tray on the 3rd position of the range with the foil-lined drip pan on the rack below to catch any drips or food.
Air Fry at 400° for 10-12 minutes, shaking or turning with a spatula halfway through.

Can You Air Fry Frozen Broccoli?
Yes! I do prefer to use fresh broccoli for air frying, but if all you have is frozen, I’ll tell you how you can use it to make crispy air-fried broccoli. Start by emptying the frozen broccoli into a mixing bowl and removing any ice crystals. Separate any pieces that are stuck together if possible so that they can cook evenly. Follow the same instructions on how to prepare with olive oil and seasonings. The air frying time will need to be increased slightly for frozen broccoli. Instead of 10-12 minutes, increase the cooking time to 15-18 minutes or until you’ve reached your desired crispness.
